Our Dairy goats are nobility, as they can claim some of the most famous
and productive bucks and does in the nation as their kin! Their ancestry is rich with Permanent Champions, Top 10
milkers, and Superior Genetics designees.
Our Alpines claim famous names such as Willow Run Chevalier Ruffian,
CH Cherry Glen Handel Mandarin (*B), Desert-Magnolia Jayhawk (+*B), Jobi Yankey (*B), Thyway (5*M), Dash (5*M), Cupid
(GCH, 5*M) and SGCH Tangleroot Royal Image (++*B).
We limit our showing to several area shows so that we can concentrate on breeding for conformation and production rather than exhibiting. This means that you benefit by buying animals that will perform in the show ring and in the milking parlor.

Calibre and Kayenne were a powerful combination, resulting in this stunning doeling. Her long, straight back, level rump, and strong, correct feet and legs combine to give her excellent structural correctness. Add in her outstanding dairy character and large body capacity, and this doeling is a powerhouse. Already proving herself in the show ring, she took Grand Champion Junior Alpine at the 2011 Memorial Classic Dairy Goat Show. We look forward to her carrying on a proud line of outstanding milking ability in the years to come.

Ruffles is a beautiful, mischievous doe from a Ruffian/Dolly mating. This breeding was certainly a perfect match, resulting in a doe that pulls together width and tight, well-fitted joints into a balanced package. Both her parents come from heavy milking lines, and she is proudly continuing their tradition. At the Memorial Classic in May 2009, she took Reserve Champion Junior Alpine in ring two.

"Little Bit"
We were stunned by the generosity of the Moore's when they gave us this spectacular doeling in October 2008. She excels in body capacity, with her large frame size. Her general appearance is impeccable, accentuated especially by the set of her hocks and her perfect tracking. She draws all of these qualities together into a well-balanced and stylish presentation, while she exudes dairy character and femininity. At the Memorial Classic in May 2009, she was the Reserve Champion Junior Alpine in ring one. After her second freshening in 2011, she won her class in all three rings at the 2011 Memorial Classic Show, took Reserve Champion Senior Alpine in one ring and Best of Show in another.

"Kaila"
Kaila comes from a long line of show and milking stock. Her dam is a grand champion, and a high milker, and Tangleroot Royal Image is in her close background. A hardy doe with a lovely disposition and ample frame size, she has a tremendous milk capacity, consistently drawing praise for her ‘will to milk.’ At the 2011 Memorial Classic Show, she was 1st place 4-5 year old in all three rings.

"Cricket"
Cricket has proven herself in the show ring, and continues to do so in the milk room. She was the Reserve Champion dairy goat at the 2006 Rockdale Fair, and took 2nd place at the 2006 Washington County Fair in both rings. She is much like her dam, and her sire comes from a long line of heavy milkers, which means we enjoy gallons of delicious milk every year.

Another daughter of outstanding milking ancestry, including top ten milkers, Dolly is a well refined, capacious doe, with good conformation, excellent dairy character, and remarkable milk production. She also performs well in the show ring, taking Reserve Champion Alpine doe at the 2006 Washington County Fair, and 2nd in her class at 2006 Rockdale Fair, in addition to other placings at Washington County in years past.

"Clover"
Our first Alpine, Clover, came from one of the top milking lines in the nation—including one of the top ten Alpine milkers in the U.S. She was a smooth doe with tremendous body capacity and a capacious udder — an outstanding producer that milked gallons a day on very little feed.
She won 3rd at the 2003 Washington County Fair, and 1st at the 2003 Brazos County Youth Livestock Show Her first daughter was Best of Show at the 2004 Brazos County Youth Livestock Show, but was unable to continue her show career due to an untimely death from a snakebite.
